We will not substitute roses for a different flower.

Bouquets are designed by stem value rather than size, using premium flowers and florist expertise.

Our bouquets are arranged in a way that they are ready to be enjoyed. Follow the care guidance below.

Just wrapped - on arrival trim the stems and place in fresh, cool water in your favourite vase.

In a gift box - the bouquet can stay in the box for 1-2 days. After this remove them from the box and dispose of the aqua wrap. Trim the stems and place in fresh, cool water in your favourite vase.

In a vase - the bouquet will arrive in fresh water. Every couple of days trim the stems and change the water.

Every bouquet is supplied with flower food and a simple care guidance to help you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible.

Flowers are delivered on your chosen date. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. Delivery costs vary based on the postcode and will be calculated at checkout. We deliver within a radius of 17 miles from our shop.

If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate.

Collection times on your chosen date are between:

09:00 - 17:00 on 12th & 13th February

09:00 - 16:00 on 14th February

Due to the nature of our products, Simply Flowers is unable to accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, and our team will be happy to assist in resolving the matter.
