Delivery Days

Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday. Guaranteed same-day deliveries must be received by 11 am GMT, orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery Charges

A minimum order value of £20 and a delivery charge is required on the location of the delivery. Charges are determined by the delivery address and can be viewed at checkout.

Deliveries are typically made between 10am and 12pm. If the recipient is not available when we attempt delivery, we will either leave their delivery in a safe location on the property or ask a neighbour to accept it. A calling card will be left for the recipient to inform them of the location of their flowers.

We also offer a collection service. Place your order via the website and specify the day and time you wish to collect from our shop.
