Photos reflect our style and colour palettes. We do not work off set designs so flower varieties will vary. Each bouquet is made by hand using premium stems selected from our stand for their quality, beauty and longevity.

Some flowers may arrive in bud form - this is intentional, allowing them to open naturally and be enjoyed for as long as possible. 

Our bouquets are arranged in a way that they are ready to be enjoyed. Follow the care guidance below.

Just wrapped - on arrival trim the stems and place in fresh, cool water in your favourite vase.

In a gift box - the bouquet can stay in the box for 1-2 days. After this remove them from the box and dispose of the aqua wrap. Trim the stems and place in fresh, cool water in your favourite vase.

In a vase - the bouquet will arrive in fresh water. Every couple of days trim the stems and change the water.

Every bouquet is supplied with flower food and a simple care guidance to help you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible.

Delivery is made on the date of your choosing between 10am-12pm. Delivery costs vary based on your postcode and will be calculated at checkout. We deliver within a radius of 17miles from our shop.

Collection is on the date of your choosing from our shop in Cheadle Village.

Due to the nature of our products, Simply Flowers is unable to accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, and our team will be happy to assist in resolving the matter.
